By installing, copying, or otherwise using the SOFTWARE, you agree to be bound by the terms of this EULA. If you do not agree to the terms of this EULA or it conflicts with your national or local law, you must stop using the SOFTWARE and remove all files of the SOFTWARE from your data medium. 1. GRANT OF LICENSE You may use an unlimited number of the SOFTWARE copies for non-commercial purposes (including educational purposes of educational institutions). Employees and organizations which provide data recovery services may not use the SOFTWARE. You may reproduce and distribute copies of the SOFTWARE, provided that the following conditions are satisfied: the SOFTWARE is obtained from the SOFTWARE copyright holder directly (for example, from the official SOFTWARE sites); all components of the SOFTWARE package are kept together, they are not modified, and available to end-user; this EULA is displayed and accepted by any end-user on first use as this is originally designed; the origin of the SOFTWARE is not misrepresented. The SOFTWARE may be distributed as a standalone product or included in any freeware or paid package or product, provided that freeware origin of the SOFTWARE is not hidden. 2. DESCRIPTION OF OTHER RIGHTS AND LIMITATIONS You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or create other derivative works based on the SOFTWARE. You may not use, copy, emulate, clone, rent, lease, sell or transfer the SOFTWARE or any subset of the SOFTWARE, except as provided for in this agreement. Any such unauthorized use shall result in immediate and automatic termination of this license and may result in criminal and/or civil prosecution. The SOFTWARE is licensed as a single product. Its component parts may not be separated for use on more than one computer. All rights not expressly granted here are reserved by the author of the SOFTWARE. 3.
