A simple and fresh low-carb dessert that the entire family will love! A lovely combination of berries, cream and pecan nuts with a
touch of citrus.

Tip!
Pour the cream into a bowl and whisk with a hand mixer until soft peaks form.
Add lemon zest and vanilla towards the end.
Carefully add berries and nuts into the whipped cream. Stir thoroughly.
Cover with plastic wrap and let sit in the refrigerator for at least 3–4 hours if
you prefer a rm mousse, but you can also enjoy the dessert immediately with
a less rm consistency.

We used a blend of raspberries and blueberries, but you can use other berries like
strawberries, cherries, red and black currants.
