Spicy seed mix
Ingredients
250g mixed seed (sunflower,
pumpkin, linseed)
1 tsp rapeseed oil

Preheat the oven to 160C/ 140 fan/ Gas mark 3.
1 tsp ras-el-hanout
¼ tsp low-sodium salt
1 tsp reduced salt soy sauce
1 tsp agave syrup
pinch cayenne
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and spread onto a
baking sheet. Cook for 15 - 20 mins until dry and golden. Stir once
during cooking. Allow to cool and store in a sealed container for up
to 3 weeks.
