This week is all about how
physically and hormonally fit

to be in order to deal with much higher levels of orgasmic energy.

To develop the Multi-Orgasmic Body doesn’t particularly refer to
how your body looks externally.
It doesn’t mean you have to punish yourself in the gym and look
like the guys on the covers of
Men’s Health Magazine,
or should I
say,
‘Abs Monthly.’
On the other hand, it doesn’t mean that if you are considerably
over-weight, unfit, or toxic, you are going to have an easy time
either.

It’s refers more to an
internal state of strength and robustness
that depends on the health of your nervous system, your
cardiovascular health, facial strength and hormonal fitness.
As you learned last week, a clear conscience and an inspired mind
is the first step.
This, in combination with
strong sexual fitness
and a powerful
flow of internal energy, gives us solid foundations on which to
become Multi-Orgasmic.
