   FILEPATH.LST        HELP text files path. locate it in the same
                       subdirectory with HELP.EXE;

   SETUP.EXE           SETUP program set up the adapter's hardware
                       configuration and  running diagnostics;

   8029init.exe        The file simulates the PCI card to NE2000 adapter.
