Part 1: Product designation --------------------------- SinuCom ARC Version number: 01.02.04 Part 2: Installation instructions --------------------------------- Requirements: - SinuCom ARC requires WindowsNT from Version 4.0, Service Pack 6 as its software platform. SinuCom ARC can be run unrestricted on any other platform (9x, ME, 2000, XP SP1, XP SP2). - SinuCom ARC occupies approx. 1MB in the SinuCom ARC directory. Installation: - You must close all applications except Explorer before installing SinuCom ARC. - To install SinuCom ARC, you then place the CD in the CD drive of your PG/PC, start Explorer or an MS-DOS prompt and change to the CD drive. Then start the program SETUP.EXE, which is located in the root directory of the CD. This program executes the user-guided installation of SinuCom ARC. Part 3: Notes on the software ----------------------------- Supported systems: - SinuCom ARC supports MMC100, MMC102, PCU20, MMC103 and PCU50/70 systems. Starting SinuCom ARC: - SinuCom ARC is either started from the "Start" menu on the task bar or from "sinucomarc.exe" in the SinuCom ARC directory. Error messages: - Uniform appearance, in part with detailed information. Series machine start-up and upgrade: - SinuCom ARC supports series machine start-up and upgrade archives. Automation: - SinuCom ARC implements an automation interface in which some functions are implemented. - The functions could be addressed through the typelibrary, integrated into the file SinuComARC.exe in the SinuCom ARC directory.
