2.0 Keyboard shortcuts while using the CD:
The space bar and the left and right arrow keys have been enabled so that you can use the space bar to skip the Introduction and the ending credits if you so choose upon repeated viewings. The space bar also acts as a toggle for the sections fly-out strip when viewing the book. The arrow keys, left and right, function like the back and forward buttons respectively. The tab key will step through the available buttons by selecting them on screen while the enter key will act like actually clicking on the button that is selected by the tab key.
On Windows, Linux and Solaris, pressing the control key while pressing the letter 'Q' will immediately quit the application. On the Macintosh platform, the command key is used instead of the control key, i.e. command-q will quit the application immediately.

2.1 Keys Summary:
Spacebar - skips the intro, toggles the section fly-out strip in the book, quits the ending credits.

Left arrow key - goes back one frame, same as pressing the "back" button.

Right arrow key - goes forward one frame, same as pressing the "forward" button.

Control-Q (Windows, Linux, Solaris) - quits the application immediately.

Tab key - sequentially selects the possible buttons or links available on screen, one at a time, pressing the enter key once an item is selected is the same as clicking a mouse pointer on that item.
